NORCO New OPS Multi-media Player System Announced to Support Intel OPS Specification

NORCO has recently introduced its new product BIS-6330â"€OPS Module Based on Intel® 2nd Generation Core™i7.

NORCO announced BIS-6330 multi-media player system recently, which conforms to Intel's Open Pluggable Specification (OPS), dedicated for digital signage applications. This OPS module is based on an EPIC motherboard OPS-4920 using the 2nd Gen Intel® Core™i7 processor. System supports 1333MHz DDR3 with memory capacity up to 8G. Its integrated Intel dynamic TurboBoost technology makes it possess a superb graphic performance and supports HDMI ECE function. This module is able to connect max. 3*SATA devices and 2*Mini PCIe devices. Onboard 2*Mini PCIe ports with one supporting 3G module and one supporting SSD/WiFi and Intel iAMT 7.0 remote management technology is supported. In terms of display, system supports DiretX10.1, OpenGL3.0 and dual independent display. Standard OPS interface can help realize an effective connection with computer platform and large screen display, easy to operate and maintain. With all the advantages it announced, this module can be widely used in such innovative DS applications as retail interactive terminals, interactive screen, media player, interactive Kiosk, etc.

NORCO OPS module BIS-6330 adopts an EPIC motherboard OPS-4920, which utilizes 2nd Gen Intel® Core™i7 processor, supporting DDR3 1333MHz with memory capacity up to 8G. System supports Intel Turboboost Technology, DiretX10.1 and OpenGL3.0. It also possesses a superb graphic performance supporting full HD hardware decoding and dual independent display. Most important, with such a high performance, the total power consumption of this module is only 25W.

High Integration
NORCO BIS-6330 provides three display output with preposed HDMI, inbuilt HDMI and Display Port and dual independent display is supported. System provides one standard iSATA interface, together with the external pluggable hard disk trays to realize easy displacement and upgrading for mass data storage. At the same time, system also supports one Mini-PCIe for mSATA SSD, one 7Pin SATA DOM, one 10/100/1000Mps network and integrated with other advanced functions such as Intel iAMT7.0, WiFi,3G/4G wireless commnunication, etc.
