The Bayawan Water District in the Philippines also contracted with Nobel Systems to develop a Secure Cloud Hosted Utility billing system that will fully integrate with Nobel's GeoViewer Enterprise Cloud Solution.

In more news, the Antelope Valley-East Kern Water Agency (AVEK) contracted Nobel Systems for the Implementation of a Geographic Information System (GIS) and Workflow Management System.
