Niagara's Newest, Funniest Attraction Starts this Week: Niagara Falls Walking Tours
Online, June 22, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Niagara's newest, funniest attraction starts this week: Niagara Falls Walking Tours
Niagara Falls Walking Tours will begin tour operations this week in Niagara Falls, New York. The tours are guided by a former stand-up comic and take people on a journey to see the funny side of the Falls.
The 90 minute tour covers 1.3 miles of mostly flat terrain inside the Niagara Falls State Park. Tours originate just outside the pedestrian entrance to the park, at the intersection of Old Falls and Prospect Streets. The cost is $15 per person-those 5 and under are free.
These Walking Tours are designed as an alternative to bus tours that include attractions and transportation, but are much more costly (approximately $80 per person). According to the company's owner, Joel Dombrowski, the tour is the attraction.
"This region has a fascinating history populated by the courageous, the crooked, and sometimes the crazy! Our tours are animated, interactive performances that bring Niagara's history to life."
Niagara Falls Walking Tours operate on Saturday and Sundays in July and August, departing from the intersection of Old Falls and Prospect Streets in Niagara Falls, USA. Daily departure times are 10:00 AM, 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM. Reservations are encouraged, but not mandatory.
