PAWTUCKET, R.I., November 1, 2017 (Newswire.com) - A two-story sign with stainless steel letters marks the spot of the national franchise headquarters for Nexus Property Management™. A company that started in a 300 square foot office on Pawtucket Avenue has now grown to become a national franchise occupying a 60,000 sq ft historical building in Downtown Pawtucket.
Built in the 1890s as a horse stable with 176 stalls, the building later became a vehicle garage in 1921 until 1940 when it became a furniture store and most recently an electrical warehouse until Nexus arrived.
