New "Second Skin"May Be the Future of Treatment for Under Eye Circles
Revolutionary treatment might come from a team at MIT

This “second skin” will hopefully eventually be attached directly to the skin that’s already there, creating a layer that’s imperceptible to the eye and impossible to feel for the wearer.
After nine years in development, this first incarnation of “second skin” has worked on subject’s skin for as long as twenty-four hours. It’s been tested on areas of treatment including sagging skin on the neck and on under the eye hollows with promising results. It will be years before it hits the market, but it’s great to know that innovation in beauty is still happening. Someday sooner than you think, you might be able to walk into a medical spa to get a “second skin”. It’s only a matter of time.
