New Personal Care and Memory Care Community Coming to Danville, Kentucky
Community Result of Partnership Between Trilogy Management Services and DMK Development Group
DANVILLE, Ky., September 26, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Families searching for a senior lifestyle community that perfectly blends compassionate care with clinical expertise will have a new option in Danville, Kentucky. Trilogy Management Services and DMK Development Group have announced plans to partner for the development of their next senior living community in “The City of Firsts.”
The community will be located at 100 Davco Drive in Danville. DMK Development Group broke ground in early September and anticipates construction to be complete in the next 12 months. DMK and Trilogy have also partnered to develop communities in Winchester, Kentucky and Bardstown, Kentucky, which are both slated to open in 2020.

The new community will feature 56 personal care and 23 memory care apartments in a mixture of studio, one- and two-bedroom suites. These accommodations will be surrounded by amenities designed to keep residents comfortable, active, and engaged. The community will boast a full-service bistro, multiple dining areas complete with an on-site chef, an activity room designed to accommodate everything from art projects to game nights, a beauty and barber salon, library, and a fitness center. Outside, seniors and their guests can enjoy beautifully landscaped courtyards, a putting green, lush gardens, and more. The project will represent a total community investment of $14 million and create over 200 construction jobs, as well as 60-70 permanent jobs once the community is open.
