Oriel, the Cheltenham-based specialists in finance and business services for the recruitment sector and SME's, has made a significant new appointment following a major brand relaunch last year which has supported the company's continued growth.

Hugh Fell has been appointed as Managing Director Oriel Support Ltd having been in the factoring and finance industry for over 23 years. Hugh's main responsibilities will be to manage the entire payroll and funding facility available for the recruitment industry. He will be looking to develop the facility to meet client's needs more effectively and to ensure that Oriel continues to grow and become an increasingly profitable and successful business for the future. On a day to day basis Hugh will be in charge of managing the risk and operations aspects of the facility and keeping abreast of compliance regulations.

Before joining Oriel, Hugh worked for Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance (LTSBCF) as The Head of Cash Friday until moving into the position of managing the Recruitment Finance division of LTSBCF, this move allowed Hugh to broaden his experience in the recruitment industry by working directly with recruitment agencies.
