New Leadership Appointments at BCM One
Technology Solutions Provider Strengthens Finance and Marketing Teams
New York, NY, June 6, 2016 (Newswire.com) - BCM One, a technology solutions provider, recently announced the appointment of Douglas Fechter as Chief Financial Officer and Paula Como Kauth as Senior Director, Marketing. Both are seasoned management professionals with a proven track record of success in their respected areas of expertise.
Mr. Fechter is an international finance executive who combines an entrepreneurial and operational approach with world-class financial management skills. With over twenty-five years of experience, Douglas has held executive positions at various companies including Chief Financial Officer at Bulova Corporation, a global marketer of watches, SFERRA Fine Linens, LLC, a leader in the luxury linen category and medical device companies Palyon Medical Corporation and Paradigm Spine, LLC. Mr. Fechter is focused on supporting the profitable growth of BCM One by developing a world-class financial organization and leveraging the company’s data to make insightful business decisions. He will be overseeing accounting, collections, billing and revenue assurance.
Ms. Como Kauth is a marketing communications leader with extensive experience working for telecom/technology companies with expertise in strategically building and enhancing brand awareness for growth companies. Her objective is developing BCM One’s overall marketing strategy supported by a results-driven plan of launching the company’s expanding integrated technology solutions, enhancing brand awareness and demand generation. Ms. Como Kauth joins BCM One from Transbeam where she played an instrumental role in building a marketing department from the ground up with various successful marketing campaigns resulting in significant new customer wins and partner recruitment. She also held marketing management roles at UNSi, AT&T Business and Qwest Communications. Ms. Como Kauth will be overseeing marketing communications, digital marketing, product marketing and public relations driving and supporting sales growth for both direct enterprise sales and channel sales.
