New Hollywood Talent Management Firm Opens With Top Actress Elisha Kriis

​​​​​After 30 years of experience in media, it made perfect sense for Dawn Marie Larkin to open her own talent company in Hollywood, California. This year she has launched D2D Talents with a focus on providing the best talent management services to her clients and make sure they get the best jobs available. With a focus on talent, diversity, work ethics and core values she has already acquired a handful of top actors from all over the world. 

With 30 years of experience at CBS Dawn Marie is currently working on this new venture in collaboration with top Entertainment Attorney Robert Pafundi who is the principal of Pafundi Law Firm, APC. He is a very experienced and highly regarded Hollywood entertainment attorney who owned and operated a boutique Hollywood talent agency, MGA Talent, historically known for launching the careers of Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, among countless other child and young adult TV and Film stars. One of their first up and coming actresses in the new D2D talent agency is Elisha Kriis, an actress, model and T.V. show host from India. "After watching several of her performance videos from previous TV shows and feature films, I approached her for representation. I invited her for a quick introductory meeting that ended up lasting several hours. She shared her vision of being able to reach out and inspire audiences world wide through her work. She is young, driven and extremely hard working. Elisha Kriis who is currently working on a few Hollywood feature films as well as Producing does not seem to take her dreams lightly. She has multiple projects in the works ranging from a super hero to an Indian school teacher, survivor, journalist, doctor and even someone who was kidnapped in a human trafficking ring. Even with all the ambition and opportunity she does not seem to think things should stop there. “What drives me is the ability to make a difference in peoples lives and bring those stories to their full potential. This was well received by Dawn Marie Larkin as well Robert Pafundi who is very worldly himself. 

Robert is currently the U.S. Productions Coordinator for ImageField Inc. one of Tokyo’s premiere TV and Film production companies and the President of Code-J Entertainment, a California Corporation dedicated to bring premium content from Asian markets to the United States. He authored the acclaimed book, Safe Stardom: How to Protect Your Children on Their Road to Fame, and had the honor of producing the multi-award winning inspirational documentary film, The 25,000 Mile Love Story. Robert earned his Nidan Degree in Ninjutsu; regarded as the most historic and traditional of all Japanese Martial Arts, and, always a student, continues his study of Japanese language and Asian cultures. Mr. Pafundi currently represents iconic TV and Film personalities including Lou Ferrigno (The Incredible Hulk), Kendall and Kylie Jenner, The Ochoa Boys, Christel Khalil (Emmy Winner, The Young & The Restless), Brytni Sarpy (General Hospital) and many others. When asked about Elisha he said, “After meeting Elisha Kriis I am not surprised about how far she has come and I won't be surprised to see how far she will go with the amount of passion and love for work she brings to the table. Dawn did an amazing job bringing her to this new venture.” 

Working at CBS Television Network since 1986 Dawn Marie has an eye for talent. She began in On-Air Media Promotion then tarted as a per-diem and then was hired full time. In 1988 she was offered a job at the Disney Channel where she begin programing their channels. She stayed at Disney Channel exactly one year then was offered a Management job at CBS in the same department where she still works today.  She was promoted up to Associated Director and then promoted to Director and now handles all off-network on-air Media. From Radio to CBS Radio, Streaming Radio, Airplanes, Cruise ships, etc. Anything with a television screen she promotes Prime Time Shows.  She handles special media trades and loves working at the network but after 30 years, she wanted a new challenge of her own. Dawn Marie decided to start a business for Talent. It made perfect sense, she loved people and what better way to help than to represent Talent.  Teaming up with Robert seems to be icing on the cake.  “It’s one of the best marriages without being married.
