HOUSTON, February 25, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Business-catering pioneer Alonti Catering Kitchen continues to redefine what is possible from a catering company in 2019, opening new kitchens in major markets, adding unique dishes to its wide-ranging menu and unveiling a more colorful, user-friendly website.
The first two months of the year were characteristically busy for the trailblazing company. Adding to its fast-growing list of Southern California kitchens, Alonti opened two new kitchens in Anaheim and West Los Angeles in January. In Greater Los Angeles, Alonti Catering Kitchen now serves customers from Pasadena to LAX and in Orange County from Long Beach to Mission Viejo. The new kitchens are the latest in a remarkable period of nationwide expansion.
“In hospitality, you win by having the very best people,” said Alonti Catering Kitchen Director of Operations Nicholas Everitt. “We’re growing our talent pool to keep pace with our national expansion, and I’m tremendously proud that the majority of new positions and promotions are filled by long-term, talented Alonti employees.”
To serve the unique tastes of its growing customer base, Alonti added unique new dishes to its winter menu called Powerbowls. Alonti Powerbowls are exactly what they sound like: High-protein, low-calorie superfoods in a bowl that are certified gluten-free and delivered to your workplace. These energy-boosting new meals are made from fresh, local ingredients including red quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes and avocado with chicken, falafel and vegan options.
Powerbowls and other winter menu options can be browsed easily on Alonti’s new website.
“Great food choices have never been more plentiful and hospitality service standards have never been higher across the country than they are today,” said Alonti Catering Kitchen President Al Pepi. “We are thrilled to be among the leaders pushing these new limits. Hard-working American business people deserve to have the very best food and service at work, and we want to be the ones who bring it to them.”
As spring approaches, Alonti has no plans to slow down. More new kitchens will be announced soon, and the company’s updated menu to be released in April will feature additional new food concepts. Constant stretching and adaptation will continue to be part of Alonti’s plan for success in 2019 and beyond.
“Our customers choose Alonti because our team truly cares about providing a new level of food quality, customer service and menu innovation,” Mr. Pepi said. “Being an industry leader means our experienced kitchen staff will always strive to do better and to do more.”
