New Adult Coloring Book, Color Caro's Orchids of Ecuador, Available Now for Stress-Free Holiday Coloring.
Seattle, Washington, December 5, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Swift House Press announces the release of the new adult coloring book, Color Caro’s Orchids of Ecuador, by multi-media artist Carolyn V. Hamilton (Caro).
Color Caro’s Orchids of Ecuador contains 24 single-sided pages on heavy paper ideal for coloring with colored pencils, gel pens, and other mediums. The book size is 8 ½ x 11 inches.
Caro explains, “My inspiration for this book was the 4,000-plus species of orchids in my adopted country, Ecuador.”

Each coloring page is intricate and detailed, elegant and sophisticated. Each image has been hand-drawn by the artist; no computer vector graphic software has been used.
Inside Color Caro’s Orchids of Ecuador, Caro also shares the story of orchids in Ecuador (in English and Spanish). Included is also a blank page where you can test your favorite coloring medium before you apply it to an orchid coloring page.
Caro is multi-media artist and award-winning graphic designer and illustrator, Carolyn V. Hamilton. Her career has spanned three decades, working as a marketing executive in the real world of Mad Men. In Las Vegas she owned her own advertising agency and later her own print communications company, Graphic Communications, Inc. She has garnered numerous creative design awards plus the Las Vegas Community Achievement Award in Communications and has been listed in Distinguished Women of Southern Nevada.
A graduate of Antioch University Seattle, her other adventures have included two years as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer and a stint—“In my younger days”—as a Playboy Bunny. When not traveling, she resides in Cuenca, Ecuador, where she teaches writing and art classes.
