To accomplish this logistical feat, PaktBag uses a network of closet owners (“hosts”) who leverage and “share” unused space at home to store  travelers’ (“guests”) things until their arrival in town, at which point the host packs them into a convenient box and delivers it to the guest’s hotel.  When ready to return home, the guests leave their things behind per the instructions in the box.  PaktBag takes care of the rest: the picking up, the cleaning, and the storing.  The guests’ belongings are 100% insured in case of damage or theft.

The process is practically effortless and begins when a guest signs up at www.paktbag.com.  They will then receive a prepaid shipping box.  After filling it with their clothes and other travel items they simply drop it in the mail.  The host receives the box and stores the items neatly in their closet until needed.  For each closet you set up there is a $99 annual fee. Each trip you take there is $60 bag packing fee.
