He comes with a strong, diverse background in all areas of a manufacturing business as well as extensive retail industry experience. Steve's experience has been with Kohler Company, Vinyl Plastics, Inc., and Wind Mill Slatwall Products - all leaders in their respective markets. Working for Southern Imperial continues that trend. As director of operations, he will be responsible for operations at the Rockford facilities as well as managing director for the China facilities.
