Netrix Worldwide Acquires NETGlobal Solutions in India
Chicago, Illinois, September 30, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Netrix Worldwide, LLC announced today that it has acquired NetGlobal Solutions and expanding international operations in Pune, India.
Netrix has signed a definitive agreement to complete the acquisition of NetGlobal Solutions, a world class engineering organization, focused on enterprise and service provider accounts. The acquisition is set to be completed and will be part of Netrix operations in a new office in Pune, India. This strategic business move provides Netrix Worldwide follow-the-sun support capabilities and provides access to very high-end talent to the growing team around the world.

The acquisition will bring immediate top network infrastructure talent to Netrix’s bench, including Cisco CCIEs and Juniper certified engineers, as well as, systems engineering. In the short term, the Pune office is looking to add more engineers focused on application development, unified communications, security and core networking.
