nbre GmbH Buys Apartment House in Frankfurt's Eastern North-End

nbre GmbH purchases a well-kept historical building in a searched-after location in Frankfurt’s eastern north-end. The multi-family home disposes of more than 700 square meters with 10 units. Its popular location, but also the typical and well-preserved features of a house from the early 20th century are making this house a sought-after residence. Niko Bardowicks of nbre GmbH plans to preserve the apartment house as well as refurbish it and develop the project. “We will develop the attic as an additional apartment and create more attractive and modern living quarters. In this location, apartments are very in demand and we provide more offerings. The house is very well kept, but of course, there is always much to do in an old building like this,” says Niko Bardowicks, founder of nbre GmbH.

The apartment building catches the eye immediately with its entrance hall full of design details and well-kept antique doors leading to each apartment. Everywhere you can see details of its historical past. Most of the apartments are equipped with original parquet floorings. To add even more atmosphere, the turn-of-the-century building offers panoramic windows and high ceilings. Most of the flats contain a nice balcony facing the quiet inner yard. On top of that, the location of the house is very well-connected with the infrastructure of the city and offers easy access to public transportation.

Not far away, one can find the city center. Also, the neighborhood itself boasts of shops, restaurants, bars and leisure time opportunities. Two big parks are nearby. With lots of green and numerous activities for the whole family, they invite relaxation in the midst of the city. Many shopping and leisure places also can be explored close by Bergerstrasse, which can be easily reached on foot from the apartment building. Popular bars and restaurants serve a creative and young crowd but one can also find little unique shops there for daily shopping. Berger Strasse contains an interesting mix of urban trends and traditional Frankfurt.

"We will develop the attic as an additional appartement and create more attractive and modern living quarters. In this location, appartements are very in demand and we provide more offerings. The house is very well kept, but of course there is always much to do in an old building like this"
