National Black MBA Association® Announces a Key Strategic Alliance With The Devine Group to Advance Their Gold Key Access® Program Where Fortune 500 Companies Are Able to Identify Top Diverse Leadership Talent

National Black MBA Association® (NBMBAA®), the premier business organization serving Black professionals, and The Devine Group Inc., an innovative behavioral assessment and development organization, have formed a strategic alliance to infuse the science of predictive talent analytics in leadership development and advancement of NBMBAA’s top talent.

NBMBAA®, in coordination with four corporate sponsors - Johnson & Johnson, UPMC, Liberty Mutual and LVMH - launched the new Gold Key Program initiative using The Devine Group’s leadership behavioral assessment to evaluate and provide leadership development feedback to nearly 2,500 members. This new analytic approach supports the advancement of each participating member but also provides objective hiring information to the sponsors. The Devine approach is highly advanced in the field of psychometric assessments in that it begins with the development and refinement of the required leadership competencies for members to achieve positions at sponsor organizations.
