NAD Research, Inc. Announces New Educational Division, the American Academy of Biomolecular Medicine (AABM)
SPRINGFIELD, La., September 16, 2019 (Newswire.com) - NAD Research, Inc., a Louisiana 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, has announced the launch of its new educational division, the American Academy of Biomolecular Medicine (AABM), which will begin immediately to offer physician training in administering intravenous Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+) treatment protocols. AABM plans to offer additional educational programs on other biomolecules and coenzymes in the future.
Dr. Richard Mestayer, III, medical director for NAD Research, Inc., will conduct the rigorous two-day clinical training in intravenous NAD+ administration at Springfield Wellness Center, in Springfield, Louisiana. Dr. Mestayer is considered the leading authority in the United States on intravenous NAD infusions. With his partner, Paula Norris Mestayer, he developed the BR+/NAD treatment protocols used by physicians to treat addiction detox, depression, anxiety, and other conditions over the last two decades. Physicians from all over the world have traveled to learn his protocols and benefit from his 20 years of experience with the treatment.
NAD Research, Inc., has also named additional board members: Jade Berg, Ph.D., Dr. Halland Chen, Dr. Tyson Olds, and Dr. Elizabeth Stuller. These join existing board members Dave Dooley, Dr. Mestayer, III, Paula Mestayer, Paula Hotard and Carl Camp. Dr. Berg, from the Australian Research Institute, provides in-depth knowledge and research experience with NAD+, while Drs. Chen, Olds and Stuller are clinicians with years of experience administering the therapy.
The online educational courses that complement the clinical training will be offered later this year. Dr. Ross Grant, CEO of the Australasian Research Institute and a leading researcher into the role of NAD,+ will be the principal trainer for the online didactic material. Dr. Grant has dozens of citations regarding NAD+ in the medical literature, including a forthcoming publication in Frontiers of Aging Neuroscience.
