N2N Expands Its Executive Leadership With Focus on Comprehensive Client Success

Today, N2N announced that it is growing its leadership team with the arrival of Dr. Raymond Barclay. Prior to joining N2N, Dr. Barclay served as the Assoc. Provost for Academic Budgets & Planning/ Assistant VP for Planning & Analytics at the New School in New York. Dr. Barclay will serve as the company's Vice President of Client Success. In this role, Dr. Barclay will manage the company's client success efforts and bolster the company's comprehensive client success strategy.

​​​Today, N2N announced that it is growing its leadership team with the arrival of Dr. Raymond Barclay. Prior to joining N2N, Dr. Barclay served as the  Associate Provost for Academic Budgets and Planning/ Assistant Vice President for Planning and Analytics at the New School in New York.

Dr. Raymond Barclay has over 20+ years of institutional effectiveness, project management, strategic and financial planning, analytics/data science, program evaluation, operations and applied research, assessment and compliance work.  In this role, Dr. Barclay has been a key architect in the development of multiple Key Performance Indicators (KPI),return-on-investment (ROI)  and satisfaction assessment frameworks in support with financial stability, marketing/outreach and service/program initiatives. Dr. Barclay has a track record of raising the bar as it pertains to high level analytics and translating this into actionable information for operational and executive leaders. Additionally, Dr. Barclay has participated in multiple enterprise (SunGuard, Oracle/PeopleSoft and Workday), CRM and analytic/reporting system implementations inclusive of serving as a team leader, governance and/or implementation committee chair.  This has given him particular insight into how best to develop and ensure the roll-out of a project is efficient, timely and within budget.

At N2N, Dr. Raymond Barclay will serve as the company’s Vice President of Client Success. In this role, Dr. Barclay will manage the company’s Client Success efforts and bolster the company’s comprehensive client success strategy. Dr. Barclay will also put his extensive background in data science, analytics, strategic planning, support services and enrollment planning to work by supporting N2N’s clients and partners throughout their client and partnership lifecycles.
