Daybrook Fisheries is a fully integrated seafood operation, from fishing to state-of-the-art shoreside facilities, that processes menhaden into fishmeal and fish oil products. Typically, Daybrook is responsible for processing 35 percent to 40 percent of the annual U.S. Gulf menhaden catch.

Prior to joining Daybrook as president, Mr. Erskin was the chief supply chain officer at The Hain Celestial Group and previously served in executive roles for SK Food Group, Chobani, Mars Petcare and Dannon. Mr. Erskin holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington and a bachelor's degree in aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
