travelers.

Poupel will debut her new collection, "My Rhapsody In Green," created to raise awareness

"I am very pleased to be collaborating with Clara Poupel for the January 'I Art Miami' Feature
Exhibit. Supporting local artists whose style is fresh and original is something I feel passionately
about and Clara's creativity and enthusiasm in art and in life is truly inspirational," said Bernard
Markowicz, owner, Markowicz Fine Art.

French born, Clara Poupel works her signature large format canvases in a myriad of mediums.
Each unique visionary piece is inspired by observation and personal experiences. Poupel has
participated in a number of exhibitions and art fairs including: Art Miami, LineArt Contemporary
Art Fair-Belgium, AAF-New York, The Artistic Fair celebrating Art Basel-Miami, Virtu-Williams
Island/Miami and Museum of the Americas-Miami. Poupel's work can also be found in private
collections in Europe, USA, Canada and UAE.

"Creating is essential to my well-being. When I work on a new piece, it is always an adventure.
I never know where the experience will take me," said Poupel. "I am honored to be featured
as the 'I Art Miami' artist-of-the-month and for the opportunity to showcase my work at
Markowicz Fine Art. Bernard is always open to a new venture and communicates with his artists
in a way that brings out the best in all of us," she added.

Throughout the "I Art Miami" series, original collections from a featured Miami artist-of-
the-month will be on display at the gallery and open to anyone with a love for unique and
inspirational art, undiscovered. Each month, Markowicz Fine Art will collaborate with one
Miami Artist to coordinate a "Feature Exhibition" open to the public, and host an exclusive
Opening Reception to introduce the collections to a guest list of artist and gallery supporters.

A play on words, the name "I Art Miami" was chosen so that the word heart, which is also
the visual symbol for the word love, is replaced with the word art - expressing love for Miami
through the arts.

The Markowicz Fine Art repertoire includes world-renowned pop artists Robert Indiana,
Tom Otterness, Steven Gagnon, Takashi Murakami and Tom Wesselmann, to name a few.
In addition, gallery Owner Bernard Markowicz serves as the exclusive agent in the USA for
internationally-recognized and prestigious French Painter and Sculptor Alain Godon.

Markowicz Fine Art also represents the Mourlot Estate of Florida. The Mourlot Atelier,
founded in 1852 was a lithograph and print shop located in Paris, France. By 1937, after being
establishing its reputation as the largest printer of lithographs, under the patronage of Fernand
Mourlot, many major twentieth century artists visited The Atelier to create lithographs and
lithographic posters including Picasso, Matisse, Braque, Miro, Chagall, Leger, Dubuffet, Calder,
Le Corbusier and many more. This 150 year collaborative history of these artistic masters lives
on through the rare collections of vintage posters by the Mourlot Estate. The rare and beautiful
prints, originally created to advertise upcoming exhibits and cultural events, are sought-after by
collectors and museums all over the world.
