Mount Sequoyah Hosts 'Smartathon' Trivia Night to Benefit the Parker Hall Renovation Fund

Fayetteville, Ar. , October 24, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Mount Sequoyah Retreat and Conference Center, a nonprofit community center in Fayetteville, Ar., will host the Sequoyah Smartathon benefitting the Parker Hall Renovation Fund, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on November 2 at the Bailey Center. The event will feature dinner, drinks, a silent auction and a team trivia competition. The winning trivia team will have the opportunity to pick a charity to receive 10 percent of the night’s proceeds.

Tickets to the event may be purchased for 50 dollars per person and sponsorship opportunities are available. Each ticket includes dinner, drinks and trivia participation. Free childcare will be provided if reserved in advance.

Hall was built in 1924 by the Epworth League of the Methodist Church, an organization designed to serve the needs of young adults.

Mount Sequoyah Retreat and Conference Center was founded in 1922 by the Methodist Episcopal Church, according to the center’s website, but has recently shifted to a nonprofit status.
