Denise, Queens

The hostess explained that the blue drinks, in front of guests, were simply water. No food coloring this was organic "Blue Sole Water" created in house by the Master Mixologist. The water was infused with the chlorophyll rich, stress reducing blue green algae, spirulina as well as essential trace minerals from sole (water that has absorbed as much natural sea salt possible helping to hydrate the human body better). She explained this water would nourish guests in may ways and the remainder of the courses were simply bonuses for their entertainment.
