Online, January 5, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Earth Learning, the community-based nonprofit organization focused on food availability and the development of a life-sustaining culture in Southern Florida (the Greater Everglades bioregion), will be a Summit host to address the convergence of economic and ecological challenges of the 21st century. Other host groups include the Financial Permaculture Institute, the Economic Development Council of South Miami-Dade, and Miami Dade College.
This year, dozens of participants from across the country will gather for a week in South Dade to design successful regenerative business models. Sessions will be led influential industry thinkers and practitioners in finance, sustainable economic development and business, and Permaculture Design. They include David Rose, Emily Kawano, Jonathan Cloud, Jude Hobbs, Eric Toensmeier and Elizabeth U.
