Mochi ice cream is a small rounded frozen dessert ball consisting of an ice cream center wrapped in a sticky rice grain dough – otherwise known as mochi dough.  Fans of mochi enjoy the soft chewy texture of the dough combined with the rich creaminess of the ice cream filling, taking one’s palate on a sensational journey with every bite.
