▪      Fleet Maintenance Collaboration– MisterTyre is pleased to announce a fleet maintenance collaboration with Hertz& Thrifty Car Rental(https://www.simedarbycarrental.com) for over 3,500 cars.  Hertz Malaysia and Thrifty Malaysia are operated by Sime Darby Rent A Car Sdn Bhd under license from Hertz Global Holdings Inc.

We are excited to launch 'Rescue Services' where drivers no longer have to call and wait on the phone during the stressful time of dealing with a flat tyre or dead battery. Within a few seconds of downloading the MisterTyre app, a rescue vehicle is on its way and can be tracked on the MisterTyre app. We also provide a free 15 points inspection and laser tyre scan. The inspection data will help both the customer and MisterTyre to track the next service requirements for key components such as tyre tread depth, brake pads, engine oil service, battery power and many more key data.

▪      Launch of Rescue Services – Drivers in Klang Valley can now book “Rescue Services” via the MisterTyre app on any smartphone to immediately fix their flat tire and battery. Drivers can track their dedicated rescue vehicle on their smartphone via the MisterTyre mobile app and chat with the technician as required. Flat tire repair is charged at a minimal cost of only RM 49.00 and battery replacement service is charged at the battery cost only with no additional service or extra installation fee. Consumer demand for Rescue Services has been strong over the last several weeks of beta testing with Rescue Services now accounting for 10% of daily bookings via the MisterTyre mobile app.
