Kaizen Group founder brings deep experience in executive education and business strategy to his role as Director of Human Capital Solutions

As the founder and principal of The Kaizen Group, Corsey helped diverse companies align the skills and behaviors of their employees with their enterprise strategy. He worked with high-growth startups and Fortune 500 companies spanning multiple industries. Prior to launching The Kaizen Group, Corsey was the Managing Partner of Straxo, where he developed and led customized leadership programs for high-potential and emerging leaders.

In his new role, Corsey will partner with other AchieveNEXT executives to enhance the full suite of human capital solutions, including Business Relationship Training, Executive Coaching, Career Coaching, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs.
