Metaurus XDIV and IDIV Resume Issuance of New Shares
HOBOKEN, N.J., March 3, 2021 (Newswire.com) - Metaurus Advisors LLC, in its capacity as the sponsor of the U.S. Equity Cumulative Dividends Fund — Series 2027 (ticker: IDIV) and the U.S. Equity Ex-Dividend Fund — Series 2027 (ticker: XDIV), has resumed the ability to provide creation of new shares of XDIV and IDIV following a temporary suspension that began on Friday, Feb. 5, 2021.
During the temporary suspension of creation of new shares, investors were able to transact in IDIV and XDIV on stock exchanges. Authorized participants were able to continue to redeem shares of these funds during the suspension, though none requested to do so.
