Merrimack, New Hampshire Yoga Studio Finds Nirvana in New Location

Online, August 6, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Merrimack, New Hamshire Yoga Studio: NH Power Yoga announces the opening of their new location. In celebration, all classes today, August 6, 2010, are free. A schedule of class times can be found at: www.nhpoweryoga.com.

The new location is next door to their previous studio located at 704 Milford Road in Merrimack. Done in soothing green tones and abundant natural lighting, the spacious studio allows for 66 students. This is a big jump from their previous studio that only allowed for 36 yogis.

Students at this morning's class were welcomed at the door by the proud owners, Mary and Bob Howard, who have worked tirelessly to make their vision a reality.

All levels, from beginner to expert, are welcome in every class. Students are encouraged to modify poses to appropriately match them to the desired intensity. "It is inspiring to see all students, at various levels, make the practice their own," said one student. "It inspires me to be free in my own practice and try new things."

Mary Howard is the founder of New Hampshire Power Yoga, which exclusively offers Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga to the Greater Nashua and Manchester areas of Southern New Hampshire. After years of experimentation with different fitness routines, Mary, a homemaker and mother of three wonderful children, found Baptiste Yoga and was completely transformed. Just a few months into a regular yoga practice, 45 pounds melted away, along with a chronic back problem for which she had been told would require surgery. She was so inspired by her own transformation; she felt an overwhelming desire to share this with as many as possible.
