Member Engagement Platform Mobilize Acquired by Jive Founder
SAN FRANCISCO, September 27, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Mobilize, the first engagement platform created by, with and for community managers in membership-based organizations, today announced its acquisition by founding Jive Software CEO and serial entrepreneur Dave Hersh, who will assume CEO duties.
Mobilize (mobilize.io) is the leading platform for building modern professional networks. Launched in 2014, Mobilize serves trade associations, nonprofits and corporate communities including The United Nations, Prezi, Docker and Maker Faire.

Previously an advisor to Mobilize, Hersh will partner closely with Savariego, the company’s founding CEO, and co-founder Arthur Vainer. Savariego and Vainer will continue as chief product officer and chief technology officer, respectively.
