TruckER allows users to submit their breakdown into a 90-second auction style bidding system, allowing vendors to compete on the service, which can save the user time and money. Upon accepting a vendor's ETA and quote, a service ticket is generated and a chat window opens between the user and vendor, allowing further information and details to be discussed. When service is completed, vendors can upload the invoice directly through TruckER and both user and vendor can rate their experience with one another.
