MED-PASS, Inc. Expands Offering of Barcoded Forms for Integra DocuTrack Barcode Module
Online, March 19, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Carson City, NV - March 12, 2010 - In response to customer requests at the recent 3rd Annual Integra User Meeting, MED-PASS, Inc. is adding to the variety of forms that feature barcodes for use with the Integra DocuTrack Barcode Module. MED-PASS forms already barcoded for use with DocuTrack include Medication Orders/Reorders, Physician's Telephone Orders, IV Catheter Orders and Physicians Orders (PFs).
The most recent barcoded forms additions are Controlled Substance Prescription Fax forms created in response to on-going DEA enforcement actions affecting pharmacies that serve LTC, hospice and infusion care providers.
Upon the advice of Integra DocuTrack users, MED-PASS will begin adding barcodes to controlled drug records, medication records, treatment records and will include unique barcodes on Physician's Order/Medication Record combo forms that will allow the PF and MR portions to be routed to different stations within the pharmacy.
MED-PASS barcoded medical records are compatible with a wide variety of major pharmacy software systems including popular systems that work with the Integra such as SoftWriters FrameworkLTC and QS/1.
