With more than 13 years of experience in the industry, Rosa Maria brings an extensive background in carrier relations and insight of the telecom market in the country. Ogando, based in Mexico City, will lead the relationship between network providers in Mexico and the World through business matchmaking, peering relations, and predictive sales.
