McBee Advises Alpine Investors' TEAM Services Group on the Investment in 24 Hour Home Care
WAYNESBURG, Pa., December 2, 2021 (Newswire.com) - McBee advised TEAM Services Group (TEAM), a portfolio company of Alpine Investors, on the acquisition of 24 Hour Home Care, a California-based provider of non-medical home care to seniors and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
TEAM provides household employment and home care solutions to individuals and families across the country. The group operates through two divisions: TEAM Risk Management Strategies, serving fiduciaries with full-service household employment solutions, and TEAM Public Choices, assisting individuals and programs to support self-directed home care. 24 Hour Home Care will continue to operate under its own name within the TEAM Public Choices division, with the same mission to provide high-quality service to its clients.

During this transaction process, McBee conducted internal process reviews of billing policies and procedures to provide regulatory and clinical operation insight of 24 Hour Home Care.
