MC+A Mutually Agrees to Termination of Merger Agreement

Chicago, IL, December 1, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Michael Cizmar + Associates, LTD. (MC+A), a charter Google for Work Partner (now Google Cloud) and Google Partner Innovation Award winner today announced the termination of the previous definitive acquisition agreement announced on August 31, 2016.

MC+A entered into the agreement in the hope of providing additional Google Search Appliance migration options to its customers and partners who were looking to transition off the sunsetted platform.  MC+A’s Managing Director, Michael Cizmar, was to lead the new enterprise search division, providing valuable leadership and vertical expertise.  Upon mutual agreement, both companies have terminated the transaction.

MC+A remains committed to serving our customers and our employees. We continue our plan to migrate customers from the Google Search Appliances to alternative solutions from our growing partner ecosystem.
