Measurement for MBK Homes' number one ranking is based on 2010 ratings of Eliant's "Key Measures" questions at buyer move-in and year-end. The key measures questions include three categories - Overall Quality, Builder Met Commitments and Customer's Willingness to Refer a Friend. MBK also earned top rankings in all survey categories established by Eliant, which is the largest independent consumer research company in the country catering exclusively to the building industry.

The results measure more than 55,000 surveys administered nationwide on behalf of 190 homebuilders.
