Maryland Society of Accountants Announces Upcoming January Seminars
Online, December 28, 2011 (Newswire.com) - The Maryland Society of Accountants (MSA) has announced its schedule of seminars for January 2012. These are the final seminars on the 2011-12 calendar. The seminars, which are open to members and nonmembers, include:
o Gear Up 1040 Individual Tax on January 4-5 in Hunt Valley
o Gear Up 1040 Individual Tax on January 5-6 in Frederick
o Gear Up Federal Tax Update on January 12 in Ellicott City
In support of their, "Making the Season Abundant" campaign, MSA is asking each seminar attendee to donate non-perishable items at the Gear Up seminars. The staff and volunteers will then deliver the items to a local charity within the area of the seminar.
Two donations have already been made to local food pantries. The first delivery was made on November 16th to the food pantry at the Virginia Avenue Church of God in Hagerstown, MD. The second delivery was made on November 30th to the food pantry at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd in Olney, MD.
