Poese has a strong background in all fields of high technology, where he worked for thirty years, rising to technical director and senior management levels in multinational companies, including Microsoft, Apple, and Philips. He also has experience in smaller business environments such as several startups including one of his own that employed 20 people. His most recent vocation was as a professor and Academic Director, teaching STEM courses in Ecuador and Malaysia. His combined leadership and educational background make him a strong addition to the Crestcom network.
There is nothing I can imagine that more appropriately unifies all the pieces of my life than does Crestcom! With thirty years of high-tech and business leadership experience behind me, I know first-hand how leadership involves not just the employment relationship, but also how it carries on to the home-front and family.
