Marissa Collections has recently added Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Its implementation will create a stronger strategy for utililizing our current enterprise software system to better our company wide interaction with clientele. In addition to customer service applications it will assist in forecast marketing and promotions. CRM follows the successful relaunch of Visuality Pro, which allows image sharing between stylists and clientele, streamlines the buying process and lookbook preparation. According to owner, Jay Hartington, "Our goal is to bridge the experience between our on line presence, (MarissaCollections.com, Facebook, blog, website) and our in store boutique by offering all clientele the same experience no matter how they interact with Marissa Collections." Additional technology is scheduled to be implemented in early 2011.
