María José Pacheco Joins the Crestcom Network

WILMINGTON, Del., September 13, 2022 (Newswire.com) - Crestcom International is pleased to announce a new authorized licensee, María José Pacheco, President of Leaders First. María José has nearly three decades of experience living and working in diverse, multicultural, multi-ethnic environments in Mexico, South Africa and the United States. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and has a bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, a Master's in Educational Leadership, and a certificate in Higher Education Training. 

María José began her career as a Strategic Planning Consultant for several private and public companies. Later, she worked for the Mexican government, leading a diverse team to evaluate Public Research Centers to improve their strategic plans. After completing graduate studies in the United States, she worked with DePaul University to create a partnership with Mexico's top universities organizing and developing groups of students, teachers and administrators. Then, María José's passion for developing future leaders took her to South Africa, where she helped launch the first Pan-African high school in Johannesburg. She then returned to Mexico, where she was a Business and Economics professor for a Culinary Arts program, teaching students the importance of customer focus, decision-making and delegation. 

María José now resides in Delaware. Before joining Crestcom, she worked for an international not-for-profit organization dedicated to leading and financing school construction and leadership development projects across Latin America, Eastern Europe, Africa, India and South East Asia. When asked why she chose to join the Crestcom network, María José explained, "I love to mentor and develop people and organizations!
