Re-opening in November 2014, the unveiling of the property comes after an extensive 7-month refurbishment spearheaded by Isabel Berenguer-Asuncion, co-owner and lead architect and interior designer of Asuncion Berenguer Inc. (ABI). Berenguer-Asuncion’s vision is to renew the Discovery Country Suites’ version of laid-back country ambience with modern deluxe country accommodation by employing predominantly light color palette interiors on all the seven suites. Also taking into consideration guests’ utmost comfort and relaxation, all suites are remodeled with soundproof walls. With high regard for the themed-room concept, The Discovery Country Suites’ Oxford, Nantucket, Nara, Saint-Tropez, Andalucia, Siam and Ceylon suites still exude their original individual themes which can be identified through the furniture accent pieces, beddings and linens placed in each suite.
