Luxury Home Designer Archival Designs to Build Five Homes in Historical Center of Suwanee, GA
Online, March 26, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Luxury home plan designer Archival Designs (http://www.archivaldesigns.com) will be working with the City of Suwanee in order to build fives historical homes on Jackson Street, Suwanee GA. Archival Designs will be responsible for building each house in the appropriate historical style, as most of the area dates between 1889 and 1940.
The historically inspired homes will be between 2500 sq ft and 3200 sq ft. All with have basements, two car rear entry garages and a front porch with side verandas. The rear garage is especially important to the historical accuracy of the home design, as it will make the homes appear from the street as they did years ago when cars were not nearly as commonplace as they are today and fewer homes had garages.
The interior of each home will boast large open rooms, modernized kitchens with massive islands, walk-in pantries, bountiful counter space and high efficiency building materials. Each home design will also feature 4 - 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
Owners of the new homes on Jackson Street will be able to walk to church, shopping, restaurants, playground and the local library. One of the most fabulous and bragged upon resources is Suwanee's Town Center, which is just about a mile away from the new development. The Town Center is a 4-acres park with trees, fountains and an amphitheater. The city co-sponsors events at Town Center 24 times a year. In addition, Suwanee boasts 5 parks with miles of both bicycle and walking paths. This is only ½ mile by side walk from the Jackson Street project.
