LuckyCinda Announces Book Contest 2013 Winners

New authors offer quality writing and exciting new material for readers in selection of books picked as winners in Book Contest 2013

LuckyCinda Publishing is proud to announce this year's Book Contest 2013 Grand Prize Winners are Ken Corre for Fiction and Jan Pippins for Non Fiction.

Corre and Pippins have earned the opportunity to have their work read by Michael Larsen - Elizabeth Pomada Literary Agents and will receive a one-hour book marketing consultation with Brian Jud, book sales expert and CEO of Book Marketing Works.

First Prize winners will be considered for a traditional publishing contract by Weaving Dreams Publishing and will also receive feedback from Joyce M. Gilmour of Editing TLC.

In addition, all winners, including Honorable Mentions, were awarded book marketing promotional packages through February 2014, courtesy of LuckyCinda Publishing.

The purpose of this contest was to discover talented Indie authors and help them compete in an environment where thousands of new books are produced daily. The over 160 submissions represented "an unusually high quality of writing and presentation" according to contest organizer and book publicist, Laura Dobbins.
"Book readers, reviewers, journalists and bloggers were used to determine book contest winners and I must add that our judges were surprised and pleased by what they were reading," Dobbins said. "It is our hope that these authors can share their gifts with a wider audience."

LuckyCinda Publishing dedicated this year's contest in memoriam to one of its judges, Diane DeCamp.
