Local Utah Coffee Shop Releases Brand New 'Clever' Cold Brewing System

DRAPER, Utah, August 6, 2021 (Newswire.com) - On Aug. 6 at 12 p.m. MST, The Clever Bean Coffee Company will be launching a Kickstarter campaign for their new Clever Cold Brewer (CCB). After being in development since May of 2020, the Clever Cold Brewer aims to improve the quality of homemade cold brew coffee, while simplifying the process of cold brewing at the same time.

The Clever Cold Brewer uses a finer filter than most systems on the market, which is targeted at reducing coffee sediment and bitterness in the finished cold brew. Also, the CCB uses a larger brewing chamber to insure full saturation and extraction of the ground coffee.

Along with the brewer, The Clever Bean will be offering a subscription service with "single-brew" coffee pouches. These pouches contain freshly ground coffee and are sized for a single batch of cold brew in the CCB - meaning you can make coffee shop quality cold brew, without the need for a scale or a grinder.
