Best selling Author Tim Ferriss has a new book out called The 4-Hour Body in which he describes ways to hack your body to peak performance. Here are few of the results he boasts can be achieved:

Sure these may sound absurd but that is why I am going to be doing the experiments myself and blogging about it in real time. I have already achieved some unbelievable results in the past and was able to commit to what some would think impossible lifestyles in doing so. One of the craziest was a 47 day fast which resulted in losing close to 40lbs. Don't worry I won't be doing that again, or recommending it to others, and it isn't even mentioned in this book. However, it does prove that I am willing to go the distance and if you are interested in recurring segments I won't leave you hanging a few weeks in.
