Everett Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac names the "Salesperson of the Year" at Everett Auto Team for 2017
Hickory, NC, March 8, 2017 (Newswire.com) - When it comes to purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle, Jaime Garcia is the man to see in Hickory, North Carolina. For the last three years running, Jaime has been named the “Salesperson of the Year” at Everett Auto Team. In a ceremony held on February 16, 2017 in the showroom of Everett Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac, Jaime celebrated his third consecutive win as Everett’s Salesperson of the Year – a top honor in the sales department.
Before entering the auto industry, Jaime used to work in a local Hickory furniture factory. His boss at the factory always told Jaime that he would excel at selling cars. So when Jaime was tapped to translate for Spanish-speaking customers at a car dealership, he gladly answered the call. Jaime quickly discovered that he had a knack for it and enjoyed interacting with the customers.
Jaime officially started his automotive career by selling cars part-time in 2004. He worked for that dealer for over 7 years before joining the dynamic sales team at Everett Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac in April 2012. Since then, Jaime has been setting records and has sold over 1,000 vehicles at Everett. His monthly sales record still stands strong at 33 units sold in one month!
When asked why he’s been so successful, Jaime simply replied, “For me, it is not about the numbers. It’s about taking care of my customers. I enjoy it!” Jaime’s passion for serving others is easily seen in how he treats both his customers and his co-workers.
