BASALT, Colo. & SANTA MONICA, Calif., September 25, 2020 (Newswire.com) - Roaring Fork Valley-based fitness coach Amy Honey and Santa Monica-based love coach and Reiki Master Daydree Horner have launched a new live virtual coaching program to give clients the building blocks needed to achieve greater wellness. The program, DnA Wellness, is a client-focused, live online program for individuals and couples. The customized eight-session program includes fitness sessions, guided meditations with coaching, recipes with healthy eating tips, and support throughout to ensure success. Daydree and Amy believe in starting right where the client is, creating a team environment where participants feel embraced on their journey, and creating accountability so that a truly transformational experience takes place. At the heart of DnA is the coaches’ enthusiasm and focus on every client’s health and success. They empower DnA partners to have fun, eat well and, above all, be of a healthy mind, body, and soul.
When COVID-related shutdowns pushed business and daily life online, Daydree and Amy realized the silver lining of the pandemic: meaningful experiences can happen live, virtually. A collaboration between good friends was born, and Daydree and Amy developed DnA Wellness. By combining their two areas of expertise, they bring together the unique sensibilities of both the Roaring Fork Valley and Santa Monica and amplify the benefits of working with either coach one on one. DnA Wellness is a unique program that promotes wellness during these unprecedented times.
“Self-care is always important, but it’s even more so when things are challenging. If we take care of ourselves, we can show up better for our families, friends, and larger communities. And we need to show up right now more than ever,” said Amy Honey.
“Especially in these challenging times, we need to stay well. Wellness means the whole package, being healthy in body, mind, and soul. Human beings can really only accomplish this by having the reflection of others and a focus on their mental and physical health," said Daydree Horner.
