Live Free Recovery Services Launches Long-Term Addiction Treatment Program in New Hampshire

Live Free Recovery Services has launched a new program geared to assist individuals with long-term care using their trusted structured sober living program and offsite clinical services.

According to the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, alcohol use disorder affects an estimated 15.1 million adults in the United States, with only 6.7% receiving treatment at alcohol and drug rehab centers.

A structured treatment program with long-term care services is proven to provide successful outcomes and help with long-term sobriety. This is why Live Free Recovery Services has launched its long-term care program at its locations in New Hampshire.

The journey for potential clients seeking addiction treatment first begins with the Foundations Program. This is where individuals engage in PHP and IOP clinical services 3-5 hours per day. Clients will benefit from individual, group, and experiential therapy that is centered in evidence-based practices. on structured activities like foundational recovery tools, this will help individuals understand how to use 12 step, holistic, health-focused skills to assist their recovery. Life Skills and Achievement Training which will include a vocational program to assist with locating more career-oriented employment. Case management will also assist all community partner referrals so that by the time they graduate the foundations program, they are extremely prepared for life in the next phase of their journey.

Live Free's OR (Offensive Recovery) phase is designed to take all the tools learned in the Live Free Foundation Program. Individuals will participate in outpatient three hours a week. In this program, individuals can stay for six months or more. Outings and activities are still able to be attended while in this portion of the program.

Alumni /mentoring is designed to keep individuals that move out locally and stay engaged with one group and optional individual therapy. They also begin coming back to bring in recovery meetings to the individuals in the beginning of the program.
