LineView Solutions

LineView Solutions, an industry leader in real-time monitoring solutions for manufacturing operations, announced today their relocation to the i3 Group’s new state-of-the-art 9,300 sq.ft. facility, aptly named "Innovation Campus."

Innovation Campus will house the entire i3 Group, which includes OptimumFX, operational excellence practitioners, and Bytronic Automation – a leading manufacturing systems integration specialist. The combined service offering of the i3 Group delivers complete manufacturing improvement.

The expansion reflects a strong increase in customer demand for our manufacturing improvement solutions, but also consolidates our Group's development and operational activities into a unified facility that offers cutting-edge technology.

Ian Rowledge, Co-Founder and CEO

“The expansion reflects a strong increase in customer demand for our manufacturing improvement solutions but also consolidates our Group’s development and operational activities into a unified facility that offers cutting-edge technology. It really aligns with our company’s vision of integrating innovation to build efficiencies,” said Ian Rowledge, Co-Founder and CEO of LineView Solutions.

LineView and the i3 Group have steadily increased their engineering, development and office staff with fifteen new job positions added over the past twelve months and another ten expected in the upcoming year. In addition to building capacity, the Innovation Campus offers a world-class workspace for the team.

Having undergone a complete bespoke retrofit, Innovation Campus is a Victorian-era building that has been expanded to over 9,300 square feet and renovated under the direction of the Shaylor Group. In addition to numerous types of workspaces, quiet space, kitchen and gym, it has been modernized and wired with over twenty miles of cable. The exterior design has stayed sympathetic to the past of the building.

The BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) assessment, which focuses on sustainable value across a range of categories, awarded the project a "Very Good" rating. The technology setup of the new Innovation Campus led by Coodart included details such as touch screens, video conferencing systems, and audio equipment.

Workplace Group carried out the interior design while Haley Marketing was responsible for interior branding.

Rowledge explains the evolution of the building, “Our Vision 2025 prescribed offices that are an inspiring place to work with optimal functionality and a fresh open workplace that fosters original thinking. We followed through on our commitment with the purchase and renovation of this wonderful location. This is a proud accomplishment, which not only includes the building but the entire culture of our company.”

LineView Co-Founder and CTO, John Dunlop, added, “We have always been proud of our accomplishments, and there have been many since we started. We have new products in the making and new client installations worldwide, but this new facility, with state-of-the-art conference facilities, recreation areas and so much more, is now topping the list.”

The move to the new location at 33 Greenhill, Blackwell, will be completed on Monday, 6 August.
