Angela Stanton , author of Life Beyond These Walls and a victim of molestation has created a lot of buzz after releasing a heartfelt video on Youtube; where she speaks out on the recent sex scandal involving Bishop Eddie Long. Her public outcry leads to her decision to begin a worldwide campaign 'Don't Ask, Just Tell.'
"When I learned of the Bishop Eddie Long scandal, I felt compelled to do the video. It brought back so many personal painful memories and it made me realize that the pain of stolen innocence will never go away. I'm not a judge and I am not here to judge Bishop Long, my concern is for his congregation." States Stanton.
Child molestation is wide spread throughout the human race and it has been swept under the rug for many years. In Stanton's video she sent out a poignant three part message to parents, victims of molestation and Bishop Eddie Long's congregation. Don't Ask, Just Tell campaign will encourage victims to not be afraid to tell someone if they have been molested and to give parents insight and tell signs to look for in their children.
