Skilled Nursing Facility in Hilo has Zero Deficiencies
Hilo, HI, April 17, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Legacy Hilo Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is a 100-bed skilled nursing facility located in Hilo, Hawaii. The building is a brand new single story, wood frame building totaling approximately 54,000 square feet. In February, the facility was inspected by surveyors from The Office of Health Care Assurance at the state Department of Health. During their inspection, the facility was found to have no deficient tags.
